On the first Wednesday of July the Evo Team were able to provide a variety of lawn games for Ryanair at Hallingbury Manor just outside of Takeley.
Ryanair were holding an event for their employees which involved team building and group bonding. We felt our lawn games were a key part of this as it allowed everyone to have fun and let their hair down whilst working together.
Positioned alongside the lake within the grounds, the area was lit by atmospheric fairy lights and the combined smells from the BBQ, the ice cream stall and the popcorn machine created the warm feelings of a summer evening. Drinks were flowing, and music was playing overall creating a very enjoyable evening for all.
Although an evening conference may not seem like the first event you think of for the hiring of lawn game equipment we are happy to offer all services to every customer for any kind of event.
Stratford Shopping Centre
One of the most popular equipment pieces that we hire out include our staging sections. At 2M x 1M our staging sections can be used to build any stage, so no job is too big or small for us.
One example of these jobs took place mid-June at the Stratford Shopping Centre for their ‘Shopping Centre’s Got Talent’ where we able to put up two staging sections. One stage for the judges of the competition and one for the contestants.
This job required delivery and set up and so the Evo Team had an early 5am start to complete the job before the busy day had even begun for most people.
A second piece of equipment that we also provided for this event was a backdrop to create a professional and stylish tone to the event.
Our PA system was also used for this event, a regular equipment hire for events such as these. Our PA system allowed our costumers to play music and host the event over the microphones and was a key part of ensuring the event ran smoothly.
A similar event in which we also hired out our popular 2M x 1M staging sections was at one of more local venues, the Bowl in Chelmsford.
This event was the Chelmsford Arts Festival which took place from the 23rd June to 1st July. The event included many things such as parades, workshops and exhibitions but our staging was used for many of the live performances by musicians and local dance troupes.
Overall, both events were a success and our staging equipment continues to be one of our most popular pieces to hire.
